1. Overview. By using cynoirecollection.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products. All sets are handcrafted and hand-painted to order, so slight variations in color and design are part of each piece. Colors may appear differently on different screens.

3. Orders and Pricing. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel any order for reasons such as pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do.

4. Payment. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna. Buy-now-pay-later plans are governed by those providers' terms.

5. Shipping and Returns. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Use and Safety. Follow the included application and removal instructions. Stop use if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for damage to natural nails caused by improper application or removal.

7. Intellectual Property. All site content, designs, images, and branding belong to Cynoiré Collection and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

10. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updates.
