What is included in each Cynoiré set?

Every Cynoiré set includes 20 press-on nails in a range of sizes, 1 pair of luxe lashes, and 1 signature lip gloss. Each order also arrives in our signature black and gold Cynoiré packaging, making unboxing part of the experience.

How long do Cynoiré press-on nails last?

With proper application, our nails can last anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. Longevity depends on your lifestyle, the adhesive used, and how well the nails are prepped before application. Avoiding prolonged water exposure will help them last longer.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes. Cynoiré press-ons are designed to be worn, removed gently, and worn again. With the right care during removal, most sets can be reused multiple times without losing their shape or finish.

How do I apply my Cynoiré nails?

Start with clean, dry, oil-free nails. Lightly buff the surface and push back your cuticles. Select the best-fitting nail for each finger, apply your adhesive tab or nail glue, press firmly for 30 seconds, and hold. Avoid water for at least one hour after application for the strongest hold.

How do I remove the nails without damage?

Soak your nails in warm soapy water for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently lift from the sides using a cuticle stick, never force or pull. You can also use a few drops of cuticle oil around the edges to help loosen the bond. Avoid ripping the nails off, as this can damage your natural nail.

What nail sizes are included in each set?

Each set contains 20 nails across a range of sizes, from XS to XL, to ensure a great fit for every hand. We recommend measuring your nail bed width before ordering to find your best match. A size guide is available on our website.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure the width of each nail bed at its widest point in millimetres. Match those measurements to our size chart. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit that can be gently filed down if needed.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Please allow additional time for customs clearance. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Opened sets are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Are Cynoiré nails safe for natural nails?

Yes. Our press-ons are formulated to be gentle on natural nails when applied and removed correctly. We recommend always following the proper application and removal steps to keep your natural nails healthy and intact.

Shipping & Refund Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping (5 to 10 business days) is available on all domestic orders. Express Shipping (2 to 3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over a qualifying threshold shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations. Delivery times range from 7 to 21 business days depending on your location and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cynoiré Collection is not liable for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@cynoirecollection.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Cynoiré Collection is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, carrier delays, or customs holds. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, opened or used sets cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@cynoirecollection.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your eligible order for a refund and place a new order. Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
